Barb, VP Partner Relations
As the Vice President of Partner Relations for Bulletproof IT, Barb is responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with key vendors, resellers, and distributors.
Barb is a strategic thinker who is passionate about creating win-win partnerships that benefit both the company and its partners. She is highly skilled in identifying and capitalizing on market trends, and she works closely with partners to develop and launch innovative solutions that meet customers' needs.
Barb is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. She is highly respected in the industry and is known for her ability to build trust and rapport with partners.
Devin, VP Service Delivery
Devin is a dynamic and accomplished executive with 25 years of experience in the IT industry. As the Vice President of Service Delivery for Bulletproof IT, he is responsible for ensuring that the company delivers exceptional customer service and support to its clients.
He started his career as a technical support engineer and quickly rose through the ranks, demonstrating his exceptional leadership skills and customer-focused approach. Over the years, Devin has gained extensive experience in managing service delivery teams, building customer relationships, and implementing best practices for service management.
As the VP of Service Delivery, Devin oversees a team of service delivery managers, technical support specialists, and customer service representatives. Devin is a visionary leader who believes in creating a culture of excellence and collaboration.
